7D/6N Srinagar – Gulmarg – Sonamarg – Pahalgam Itinerary
Day 1: Pickup from Srinagar and transfer to hotel
You will be greeted by our representative/driver, based on your time of arrival you may visit Mughal Gardens like Nishat Bagh, Cheshme Shahi, Shalimar Bagh, famous Hazratbal Shrine located on the banks of Dal Lake, Shankar acharya temple etc. The distance from Srinagar to the above-mentioned gardens is about 15 and 20 km. Dinner and overnight stay in hotel.
Day 2: Srinagar-Gulmarg- Srinagar
Today you will travel by road to Gulmarg (Meadow of Flowers). It is at a distance of 55 km and will take about 2 hours. After reaching Gulmarg, proceed to world’s highest cable car ride (Gondola Ride). On the same day you can also do pony ride, and sledge ride. While returning you can visit Drung Valley frozen waterfall by taking ATV bikes. Return to Srinagar for dinner & overnight stay.
Day 3: Srinagar-Sonmarg -Srinagar
Today after Breakfast, you will proceed for a day excursion to Sonamarg (Golden Meadows). Sonamarg lies in Sind Valley streamed with flowers and surrounded by mountains. Sonamarg is also the base for some interesting treks to the high altitude of Himalayan Lakes. Enjoy horse riding up to Thajiwas glacier and sledge riding on snow (on direct payment). Return to Srinagar for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 4: Srinagar-Doodhpathri-Srinagar
After breakfast you will leave for Doodhpathri. Doodhpathri (Valley of Milk) is a quaint hill station, located in Budgam district of Jammu & Kashmir. Situated at an altitude of 8,957 ft from sea level and located at a distance of 42 km from Srinagar. It is at a distance of 22 km from Budgam district. You can enjoy strolls by the water streams or hike up on a horse to the interiors. You can savor freshly made makki ki roti with Kashmiri achar and kehwa.
Return to Srinagar for dinner & overnight stay.
Day 5: Srinagar-Pahalgam
After breakfast, you will travel by road to Pahalgam (Valley of Shepherds). On the way, you can see saffron fields at Pampore town, and Awantipura temple ruins that are centuries old. Once you arrive at Pahalgam proceed to visit Baisaran by taking pony ride. Dinner and overnight stay at Pahalgam hotel.
Day 6: Pahalgam Sightseeing
After breakfast you will proceed for local sightseeing of Pahalgam to Betab valley, Aru valley, Chandanwadi by taking a union cab. After completing the sightseeing drive to Srinagar. Dinner and night stay at Houseboat in Srinagar.
Day 7: Airport Drop-off
Check out from Houseboat and proceed to airport with happy memories of Kashmir.
